For an entertaining and informative discussion, there is nothing to beat Brian Taylor’s Big (Weekly) Debate on BBC Radio Scotland on a Friday at 12 noon. Tune in tomorrow (Friday 6 September 2013) for the hour long programme. It is broadcast live from a variety of venues around Scotland and this week it will be from BBC Scotland’s HQ in Pacific Quay on Glasgow’s Southside.

As BBC Scotland’s Political Editor, Brian chairs a panel of four speakers from politics, arts, science, business and other areas of public life. The questions come from the audience and they usually hit the mark. Listeners and the people in the audience get a real kick out of challenging the panel
While questions for this week are sorted, listeners are invited to attend future Debates and submit questions for them. Fort William, Helensburgh, Inverness and Wigtown – at its Book Festival- are the locations for the remaining Fridays this month.
